Founder, Shigetoshi Okauchi, established KYORITSU CHEMICAL-CHECK Lab., as a sole proprietorship and started business to manufacture “pH Test Foils”, aiming to spread “simple water analyzer” that does not require complicated system, apparatus, or operation to use.
Released “Ion Selective Test Paper” and “PACKTEST”.
They were widely accepted among various industries and educational organization.
Released high precision rapid water analyzer incorporating photoelectric photometer.
Released Lambda-1000, which simplified photoelectric photometer with higher operability. Released Water Analysis Set for Total Cyanide, which has been widely used among industrial wastewater management industry.
Kanji Minami became President (later he changed his family name to Okauchi)
Instead of puncturing a hole to open the aperture of PACKTEST, pulling out the line is introduced.
Relased portable single parameter water analyzer “Digital PACKTEST” to quantify PACKTEST reading.
Digital Water Analyzer with multiple parameter “Lambda-9000” which came with improved functionality, operability, convenience, and color LCD screen is developed.
Digital PACKTEST-Multi with similar operating method as Lambda-9000 is developed.
Joint development with GL Science Inc., PACKTEST Lead is released.
Kanji Okauchi, was awarded for “2011 Technical Achievement Award” by The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry, in Development of Advancement-oriented Simplified Analysis Method and Application Development to its Practical Analysis.
Shuntaro Okauchi became President.
